Question:

Dents and cellulite on the upper legs

Answer:

The cellulite is caused by tethering of the skin to the underlying structres in areas where the fat is causing the attachments to tighten and give the depressed appearance. When you pull on the skin, it stretches the skin and pulls on the attachments, temporarily compressing the fat cells and making it look better just for that time period.

Question:

Getting rid of cellulite

Answer:

Cellfina will not cause any degree of fat loss. It will only break the shortened bands causing the cellulite dimples

Question:

Question about getting rid of cellulite.

Answer:

I am sorry to say that I think the device you mentioned is likely not going to do much. As to effective options, I would suggest Cellfina,. Minimally invasive but it truly breaks the attachments between the cells to allow the depressions of the cellulite to get better.

Question:

What's the deal? I'm female,  55, very fit, very healthy relatively thin  (5'6", 108 pounds), lift weights, do cardio, etc. No matter what I do, my arms (lower and upper) are turning to cottage cheese. Ugh! I've done ThermiTight (3 times) and ThermiSmooth 20 times (as well as countless other tightening modalities). NOTHING works. Why is this happening? My forearm skin is getting crepey too.  Really depressing. I used to have very toned, muscular, fit arms.

Answer:

its sun exposure, fat loss from the subcutaneous area, poor genetics. Also understand that cardio and lifting weights have no effect on skin. As to the ThermiTight and Smooth not responding, unfortunately, no all people do respond. I am afraid I do not have any other suggestions for you, sorry.
