I had two sessions of thermismooth performed on my face done two weeks apart. After the first round I felt my face looked pretty good, slightly plumped and brow lifted, however, after the second session I immediately felt and saw that my entire face seemed more hollow and I can even feel it when I touch my face or lie down with my hand against my cheek bone. I work with the lady who did this procedure on me and she insists I'm wrong , but I think it's very noticable. I have a slender face anyway and think I may have had fat pad atrophy years ago a little after a thermage procedure as well. Is this possible and if so what could have caused it? If my practititioner had the temperature turned up too high for thermismooth could this have affected my facial fat? How hard is it to set the temp too high for the thermismooth? Is it only a temperature setting that differentiates thermismooth from thermi250? or is there an actual specific dial/knob/setting on the machine that is labled thermismooth that will keep the machine from being at too high of a temperature for the face? She used the machine all around my cheeks and eyes and I'm wondering if she shouldn't have. I feel like the skin is more dull and lax looking as well.
Do you have any suggestions to fix the problem?
