Skin Care

The ingredient Albumen is in a product a friend swears by, but I can't for the life of me see this as better than AHA  or Retin-A or even a Peptide. Is there something I'm missing? She says she knows it works because she can feel it tighten her skin? Thank you for you time and input

Answer:

Your friend can swear all she wants, Albumin placed on the skin will 'tighten' the skin but as soon as your face moves the protein will crack and flake off, a process you might not see. They have been using albumin for almost a centruy and someone is always trying to make it sound new. The common source of topical albumin is from raw eggs, taking the faint clear material and applying it to your face. Save your money
